Refund Policy


Artifacts World will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email within 15 days from the ship date. All sale items are considered final sale.

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Artifacts World is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.


Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.

Artifacts World reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.



To request a return or exchange, please e-mail us within 15 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.

Please note: All returns are to be paid by the customer. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

Your return will be deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange if the following occurs:

- Your item(s) are defective, worn or damaged.

If a return is deemed unacceptable, it can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.



Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please e-mail us with an image of your jewels prior to mailing it to us. Each repair is different and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of the repair. Please mail jewels to the address above. Include your name, phone number, email address and return address with a brief description on what needs to be repaired.



If a product arrives damaged or defective, please e-mail us within 5 business days of the date of delivery to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description about what is damaged/defective along with an image of the item. Artifacts World will access the item to determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or natural wear and tear of the product.
